Why should I replace halogen downlights with LED?
LEDs use a fraction of the power, last far longer, and run cool instead of pumping heat into your roof space. Old halogens are a known fire-risk when they overheat, so swapping to LED is a safety win as well as a power-bill saving.
Can you match the light colour across the house?
Yes — we'll set you up with a consistent warm or cool white so the house feels right, and we can mix where it makes sense (warmer in bedrooms, cooler in the kitchen). Just tell us the look you're after.
Can you add dimmers or smart lighting?
We can. Dimmable LEDs and smart-controlled lighting are popular upgrades — we'll make sure the downlights and the dimmer or controller are compatible so you don't get flicker or buzz.
How many downlights do I need in a room?
It depends on the room size, ceiling height and what the room's used for. We'll plan the spacing so the light's even — no dark corners, no over-lit runway. That planning is part of the job.
